The SSCA assumes no liability for injuries or damages resulting from participation in activities in and around the tennis court area.

• All injuries should be reported to the SSCA as soon as possible using the Maintenance & Incident Report Form
• Court hours are 9 AM to 9 PM

Neither the Unit Owner/Member nor any resident, renter or occupant of a leased Unit shall be allowed to use the amenities of the Association and all rights and privileges as a Unit Owner/Member are suspended as long as any violation of SSCA governing documents, rules and regulations exist or while any indebtedness to the Association is outstanding.  These rights and privileges shall include, but not be limited to, the use of the pool, clubhouse, tennis court and other amenities.
