Use of the Stepping Stone Condominium Pool is restricted to members of the Association, residents and their guests. Guests must be accompanied by a member or resident. Access to the pool gate and the door to the restrooms is available through the use of a Proximity Key. Members and renters must sign a Proximity Key Issuance Agreement and renters must have a Proximity Key Renter Issuance Notary Form from the member/homeowner to receive a Proximity Key.
The pool is under security camera surveillance. All members are responsible for the actions of themselves, their renters, visitors, friends, vendors, etc., and are responsible for any fines and penalties levied. |

Pool Rules
Everyone swims at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Neither the Unit Owner/Member nor any resident, renter or occupant of a leased Unit shall be allowed to use the amenities of the Association and all rights and privileges as a Unit Owner/Member are suspended as long as any violation of SSCA governing documents, rules and regulations exist or while any indebtedness to the Association is outstanding. Ineligible Unit Owners/Members and ineligible renters or occupants of a Unit are not allowed to be guests of eligible Unit Owners/Members or renters. These rights and privileges shall include, but not be limited to, the use of the pool, clubhouse, tennis court and other amenities.
- The SSCA assumes no liability for injuries or damages resulting from participation in activities in and around the pool area.
- All injuries should be reported to the SSCA as soon as possible using the Maintenance & Incident Report Form.
- Pool hours are 9 AM to 9 PM.
- Please leave valuables at home, any items left, lost or stolen at the pool are not the responsibility of the SSCA.
- Clean up before leaving and dispose of all trash and garbage in the dumpster.
- No pets in the pool area.
- No glass containers allowed in the pool area.
- No smoking.
- No alcoholic beverages or food.
- No diving.
- No running.
- Pool behavior should not jeopardize the safety or health of anyone else at the pool.
- All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who can swim.
- During inclement weather the pool will be closed .
- The pool will not be open when the temperature is below 70 degrees.
- Restrooms can be accessed with your Proximity Key.
- Trespassers will be prosecuted.
